Set the timestamp of when the order paid in full hook is invoked

Instead of just storing a boolean, let's capture the actual timestamp the commerce_payment_order_paid_in_full_invoked variable is set. Checks against that variable use empty(), so a timestamp will evaluate the same way as TRUE.
