The /mass-contact route assumes that the help module is installed when displaying list of tasks links. If the Help module isn't installed you get a Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: Route "help.page" does not exist. in Drupal\Core\Routing\RouteProvider->getRouteByName() (line 206 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/RouteProvider.php). when attempting to view the form on the /mass-contact route.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download & install the module
  2. Attempt to visit the /mass-contact page
  3. Receive WSOD with the above error message

Proposed resolution

Don't assume help module is enabled. Use module handler service to check for this.

Attached is patch to resolve this.

The patch provided fixes the problem.
Print showing the error before and after applying the patch. After applying it, no error is shown, and the link is removed.
Changing this to RTBC and changing the version to the dev version.
