Problem/Motivation

I am maintainer of the book_access module and a fellow co-maintainer is working on the Drupal 9 version of this module which is currently only released for Drupal 7, for some reason the edit button for the book_access project node is not available or the content is locked. Can you please unlock book_access for myself and the other maintainers?

Steps to reproduce

try to edit the https://drupal.org/project/book_access page? the edit button is missing

Proposed resolution

Find someone to unlock this node so that we can update the status of the project.

The text format for the project node was set to Full HTML, which isn't available to users without higher roles. That makes the node not editable from the users who cannot use that text format.

I changed the text format to Filtered HTML.
