After previewing a page during editing, the FCKeditor disappears and will come back into the body text area only if I press the reload button on the browser.
NOTES:
I am using Drupal 6.5 and all the latest modules (FCKEditor + G2Image).
The content page contain a lot of images.
The problem goes away if Javascript optimization is turned off.

I can confirm this is happening in Internet Explorer 7. When nodes are being created or edited using Internet Explorer 7, the editor window does not appear. If you reload the page, it loads properly.

This behaviour started appearing in 5.x-2.2-rc3.
