Description: 

Migration yaml files for configuration translation migrations require the translations property to be set to true on the destination.

The following core migration yaml files have been updated:

  • d6_block_translation.yml
  • d6_taxonomy_vocabulary_translation.yml
  • d7_block_translation.yml
  • d7_field_instance_label_description_translation.yml
  • d7_menu_translation.yml
  • d7_taxonomy_vocabulary_translation.yml

These migrations now support rollback.

For example: for d6_taxonomy_vocabulary_translation.yml and d7_taxonomy_vocabulary_translation.yml
Before

 destination:
   plugin: entity:taxonomy_vocabulary
   destination_module: config_translation

After

 destination:
   plugin: entity:taxonomy_vocabulary
   destination_module: config_translation
   translations: true

If you are migrating configuration translations make sure that translations: true is set in the destination so rollback works as expected.
