Description:
Prior to Date module 7.x-2.13 new date fields had their timezone handling set to automatically adjust values based upon the site's timezone. This default caused complications in many scenarios, with dates displayed differently than what is expected.
As of 7.x-2.13 new fields will have the timezone handling ignored by default.
This change only affects fields created after updating to 7.x-2.13, existing fields will not be affected.
