All child issues here are RTBC, so perhaps this release should move forward?

I just published a new release (https://www.drupal.org/project/redis/releases/7.x-3.19) that includes the following issues:

- https://www.drupal.org/project/redis/issues/3144887
- https://www.drupal.org/project/redis/issues/3199044
- https://www.drupal.org/project/redis/issues/3081755

There are 2 more RTBC issues that I wasn't able to include in this release because I'm still new to this module's code and haven't had lots of time to test them but if there's enough need on those other issues I may tag a new release soon(ish).
