patreon 3.0.0-beta1

Beta release of a major version update for the Drupal 8/9 version of the module. This updates the module to use the Patreon API (v1.0.0).

• The v1.0.0 version of the Patreon API no longer uses \Art4\JsonApiClient\Document entities: if you have custom code using these you will need to update.
• The Patreon module no longer uses a Bridge object to connect to the API: if you have custom code using this directly you will need to update.
• The Patreon Entity module has been deprecated and removed: please uninstall this module before attempting to update.
• The Become a Patron block has been moved into the Patreon User module: it should still retain its settings but it may be worth disabling the block prior to upgrade.
• The pledge amount tokens in the Patreon Extras module now rely on the Patreon User module. This is because pledge data can only be collected from individual users via the current API, and those users must grant permission via your site for that data to be available.
