We recently added the media_file_delete module to our site, which we love. It adds a checkbox to the Media delete confirmation form that says something along the lines of "Delete the associated file from the server as well" - this checkbox only shows up if you are deleting the last reference to it.
It would be amazing if we could add this checkbox and functionality to the media directories ui delete modal form.
