Yes you are right that the admin library is not used in 8.x-1.x however it is still used in 8.x-2.x. New changes must now be done in the 2.x branch first, so I have switched to that version and will modify the MR.

Fixed in 2.x by renaming, and fixed in 8.x-1.x by removing.
