Problem/Motivation

On a multilingual site (with English as default) the Flag ajax link produces no effect if Account administration pages on the top of the list in Interface text language detection is enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a flag on a multilingual site.
2. Enable the Flag in Ajax mode on Full content view. Flagging / unflagging works as expected.
3. Now under Regional and language > Languages > Detection and selection, under the Interface text language detection table check the Account administration pages.
4. Return to full page view of any node. Flagging/unflagging does not work with the Ajax link (neither on the regular node page, nor when the link is provided through a views block).
5. Uncheck the Account administration pages checkbox, everything works as expected again.

I could not reproduce this with the 5.x dev branch. Flagging/unflagging works as expected. Used the provided bookmark flag and also created a new one (both personal), checked the Display on Full content view mode. Checked the Account administrator pages on the Language detection and selection. Visited the node as admin, authenticated an anon user with permission to flag/unflag set for all of them and ajax links work as expected.

I tested this manually using steps to reproduce from issue summary. Everything is working as expected. Closing this as "cannot reproduce'
