Problem/Motivation

The options of the entity-share-client:pull command should be converted into parameters because it suits correctly the need of required arguments vs optional "options" as the name implies.

As this would be a BC break, it should be done when introducting a new major version.

Also add proper Drush valdiation of arguments and be able to translate output messages.
