Description: 

The function _views_file_status() has been deprecated in Drupal 9.3 and will be removed before Drupal 10.0. The function returns an array of two values for human-readable file statuses:

[
  0 => t('Temporary'),
  FileInterface::STATUS_PERMANENT => t('Permanent'),
];

The function was only used by the Views file status filter plugin, and has been inlined into that plugin instead.

If you were using this function in custom code, copy the above array directly into your code.
