Symbol placement for NOK should be "after" in includes/commerce.currency.inc.
Not "before" like it's now:

CLDR rules for the "no" locale indicate that the currency symbol goes before the amount, with a space in between.

However, CLDR also says that the symbol is "kr", but Commerce shows "NOK".

So, we should update the symbol to "kr", and users can use hook_commerce_currency_info() to modify the defaults to their preference.

(In 1.x the rules always match the currency's home locale, and are updated by the community. In 2.x the rules are per-locale and updated automatically).

Committed the quick fix to just adjust the symbol to 'kr'.
