Problem/Motivation

When using s3fs module, There is an error on config page `TypeError: Argument 7 passed to Drupal\imagick\Plugin\ImageToolkit\ImagickToolkit::__construct() must be an instance of Drupal\Core\File\FileSystem, instance of Drupal\S3fs\S3fsFileService given`

Steps to reproduce

Use s3fs module for storing the files
Go to `/admin/config/media/image-toolkit` page after installing the module
WSOD on the config page

Proposed resolution

Use FileSystemInterface instead of FileSystem in ImagickToolkit.php construct method.
