Getting Notice about undefined index instance_url

Steps to reproduce

  • Install and configure Salesforce Suite and set Oauth as the auth provider.
  • Goto Content >> Salesforce Mapped Objects
  • Hit View button on any Salesforce Entity.
  • The notice should come otherwise visit any other page of your site via administrator role.
