Team meeting - 6/28/2021

We won't be meeting next Monday (7/5) due to the fourth of July holiday.

Session selection

• Matthew and Nick will meet this week to finalize selections.

Marketing and design updates

• Got quotes from two different screenprinters
• If anyone has another printshop they’re interested in, send their info to Phil
• Phil is working on final art with Lauren
• Phil will put together a list of sponsors we need to get higher res logos from (for the t-shirts)
• Planning to get in touch with the weekly drop to get camp promos in there

Keynote and maintainer interview updates

• Nothing new here.

2021 trainings

• Training landing pages are ready to go. We’ll get them added to the website once we finalize registration.

2021 summits

• We’re going to combine the Non-profit/Gov and Library summits
• Chris will reach out to sponsors to make sure everything is okay for them
• Matthew and Nick will look more into accessibility features in Hopin vs Zoom
• Right now assuming all summits will happen on Zoom - use a single booth in Hopin to direct attendees to the right place
• Need to determine if we host the UC accessibility session in Hopin or Zoom
