Is it possible to switch sidebar to be on the left instead being on the right?

Tested the patch 3220764-2.patch with version 8.x-1.x, but it's not working for me. So created a new patch for this issue. switching-sidebar-with-center-content-area-3220764-6.patch .
Changes in 3 files : -
Testing Steps:
1. Install the Drupal 9.5.x version.
2. Install and set Olivero Theme.
3. create and apply the patch.
4. Clear the cache and reload the page.
Testing result: Need review
switching sidebar with center content area?
Moved the issue to Need Review.

lokeshsahu commentedI have tried to fix the issue with the help of patch #6 in Drupal 9.5.x. The patch was not getting applied, so changing the status to Needs Work.

According to me after implementing your patch, the issue gets resolved.
