This allows site builders to output the URLs to the thumbnail of the media entity and also allows to choose the responsive image style to use for the thumbnail.

Usage
Add a media reference field to an entity.
Go to "Manage display" settings for the entity.
Choose 'Responsive thumbnail url' as the formatter.
Select responsive image style from the settings.
