Problem/Motivation

With default configuration, we get "Notice: Undefined index: extlink_alert_text in _extlink_get_settings_from_config() (line 94 of modules/contrib/extlink/extlink.module)." in all pages.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module.

Proposed resolution

Check if that value is present and filled in.
