Node libs from package.json are quite old and need refreshing. We will do this before #3099362: Update to Bootstrap 4.6.x.

All node libs except bootstrap (we will do this in separate #3099362: Update to Bootstrap 4.6.x) are updated, .browserslistrc is updated and also gulpfile.js because of some changes related to updating js-jaml lib.
