EU cookie compliance integration

Problem/Motivation

If EU cookie compliance module is enabled with "Opt-in with categories. Let visitors choose which cookie categories they want to opt-in for (GDPR compliant)" option, cookie are still created whatever user accept or not cookies

Steps to reproduce

• Install EU cookie compliance
• Enable Opt-in with categories. Let visitors choose which cookie categories they want to opt-in for (GDPR compliant)" option
• Refuse cookie
• Linkedin cookies are still there.

Proposed resolution

Check if EU cookie compliance module is enable with "Opt-in with categorie" and banner actived.
Add a field in module setting form to configure a category name
In linkedin_insights_tag_page_attachments and linkedin_insights_tag_page_bottom check if cookie are accepted or not

User interface changes

A new field is added if EU cookie compliance module is enable with "Opt-in with categorie" and banner actived.
