The splash awards takes place every year.
Therefore it must be possible to insert new nominees/winners every year and to continue to see the ones from the previous years.

Acceptance

* Its easy possible to create a new nominee with the new year
* a new view for all nominees of the new year are displayed
* the views of nominees of the past years are still working

I did most of this today.
Since I can only get one database backup per day and had already gotten the one for today when I noticed this, I will have to finish the task after my vacation. Two nodes have to be created on live: one for nominees 2021, one for winners 2021 (leave unpublished). Then grab the database backup from Dropsolid, get the UUIDs of the two new nodes from the node table and update the panel variants selection criterias for 2021 winners/nominees with the respective UUIDs. That should be all, the previous years stay the same.

I removed 2019 winners from the main menu because there was no space left but it could be placed as a link within the page for 2020 winners. We will need a solution anyway to also link to all 2020 nominees as well.
