Problem/Motivation
I would like to upgrade Role Watchdog to a compatible version for Drupal 9.

Steps to reproduce
I made an update from a dev-version from June 2020 and get the following error:

Location: http://myproject.test/user/role-history

Exception: No entity type for field uid on view track_role_history in Drupal\views\Plugin\views\HandlerBase->getEntityType() (line 718 of /var/www/myprojectvm/docroot/core/modules/views/src/Plugin/views/HandlerBase.php).
