Need TFA help, is help @ drupal.org being read? [#3215341]

Problem/Motivation

Someone is needing help with TFA and mailed help at drupal.org however is not getting a reply. See the thread at https://twitter.com/StefaanHaesen/status/1396143580650086400

Could someone who is able to read this mail, verify his identity and reset a TFA, help him out?
