Moving Open Social demo with AmyJune to the 6/21 meeting.

Marketing and design updates

• Putting together more social media posts
• Working on next newsletter - going to include information about the 501c3 formation board and reminders about upcoming camp dates
• Planning to look more into t-shirt print shop alternatives

Keynote and maintainer interview updates

• Still waiting on bio info from our second keynote speaker - topic is confirmed

Session submission extension

• We’ll extend one more week
• Phil will reach out to Bob at the Weekly Drop about promoting this

2021 trainings

• We have all three trainers on board and we have all of their content to start building landing pages
• They’re all okay with us charging $25 for the trainings
• We’ll limit capacity to 20 based on what Hopin allows

2021 summits

• Summit organizers are working on planning
• Individual summit landing pages are published and ready to go

Sponsorship updates - discuss DevOps summit sponsorship

• Kanopi is on board for a our second Hopin sponsorship
• Nick will reach out to Joel to see if Platform is interested in sponsoring the Higher Ed summit again this year
• Nick, Salim and Jon will discuss potential involvement of a second sponsor in the DevOps summit

Hopin status

• Soft launched, Matthew is going to double check that we have address fields for t-shirts
• Matthew will confirm this week and we can start promoting this more heavily

Website updates

• Eric and Chris will work together to get individual summit CTAs ready to go on the summits landing page

Contrib day

• Easy out of the box has committed to a sprint during contrib day
• Olivero is interested in potentially having a mini-sprint as well
• Project Browser may have some needs for the camp this year, still early in the planning phases

501c3 formation board updates

• Promote this on social more
