Now I am able to post on the forum.
But I have checked my Organization's Profile; My Profile is not showing under the users' section of my organization Grazitti Interactive :https://www.drupal.org/node/2827736/users

@shwetasharma_GR For that, you had to edit your account (https://www.drupal.org/user/3675825/edit), and add the organization in the Work section.
I have already edited your account, so you don't need to do that.
