On https://events.drupal.org/europe2021/news/drupalcon-europe-2021-4-7-october one can see on (desktop) right above, a banner for a DrupalCon presented as "the next", yet in the past.

Highlight another event, for example DrupalCon EU :)

I've removed the outdated DrupalCon NA advert. When we get some collateral for DrupalCon Europe I'll toss it up there.

hah, it seems I removed the old advert from community events, and not the URL you were actually pointing at... my mistake. I'll work on getting the block you mean to have me fix, updated.
