Split off from #3200370: Fix Olivero's drop-button style to conform with new form styles

After the new drop-button styles are committed, we need to double check the vertical alignment of the text within the drop-button.

The line-height property is missing in the anchor tag.

After adding line height, the button text is vertically aligned.
