Verified and tested patch #8.
Patch applied successfully and looks good to me.

Testing Steps:
# Goto Admin Page
# User is able to see focus state outline cut off on IE11

Expected Results:
# User should not see focus state outline cut off on IE11

Actual Results:
# User is able to see focus state outline cut off on IE11

Can be a move to RTBC.
