HI @Gauravmahlawat i have tested #2, but the changes in the bootstrap.css file not getting affected, so i have added those changes to style.css (i think this is the most suitable file for our custom changes). Keeping the skip-link invisible is the default behaviour so i have removed the 'z-index' value here.

Please review the patch.
