Problem/Motivation

The HTML

Element (or HTML Block Quotation Element) indicates that the enclosed text is an extended quotation, but it seems to be missed in Seventeen theme,please refer to the screenshot attached.

Raising a query here, there must be a specific icon in before of blockquote element as for an example attaching a screenshot of Olivero theme here, please refer to it. Need some suggestions here from maintainers.

Seventeen is only an admin theme, We support it as an admin theme only.
