Keynote and maintainer interview outreach update

• We have commitments for both maintainer interviews and both keynotes!
• Matthew will pass bio info Nick to get up on the website
• Salim will put Nick, Matthew and Phil in touch with Melina for bio info

2021 trainings

• Salim will lead an AWS training - Nick will intro Salim and Janice over email
• We have four trainers total booked!

2021 summits

• Not too much new this week. Working with the organizers to keep planning moving along.
• Phil is working on grouping summit contacts in mail chimp.

Sponsorship updates

• No major updates. Working on follow ups.

Hopin and Sessionize setup status

• We’ll plan to open session submission on 5/10 and leave it open for 4 weeks.
• Matthew will look into adding company name to Hopin registration so we can track t-shirts for sponsors

Review session submission template

• Nick will get the sessionize form updated based on template

Website updates

• Working on getting content together for summits, trainings and keynotes/maintainer interviews.

Basic page styles for CoC

• Nick will follow up with Eric about getting some basic page styles in place.

Marketing and design updates

• Save the date newsletter for summits going out in the next week or two
• Making progress on t-shirt drop-shipping service
• Should have t-shirt designs ready to review by next Monday
