Having a limited characters in the punctuation settings

Alter the list of punctuation characters for Pathauto control to add more options for the user control in /admin/config/search/path/settings

Remaining tasks

User interface changes

When admins go to "/admin/config/search/path/settings"
Then they can see new options under the Punctuation config group.
