Keynote and maintainer interview outreach update

• Sally is in for our maintainer interview
• Finalizing our second keynote

2021 trainings

• We’ll reach out to Mark about a training.

2021 summits

• Not too much new this week, organizers are still working on planning the summits.
• Nick will send Chris the link to the Google Photos album from 2019.
• Nonprofit and Library summits are ready to import outreach lists into Mailchimp. Phil will work on this.
• Jon and Salim have the format for the DevOps summit nailed down.
• Interpersonal Frequency is our libraries summit sponsor again this year!

Sponsorship updates

• Nick will get all of the sponsor logos to Matthew to add to Hopin.

Hopin and Sessionize setup status

• No major updates this week. Need to get Matthew feedback about the session submission form.
• Once we have the sponsors added to Hopin, we’re close to being ready to turn it on.

Website updates

• Blog overview page is ready for review. Next up is getting the sessionize form embedded

Marketing and design updates

• Keeping up with social.
• Save the date newsletter went out last week.
• Working with Chris to put together summit mailing lists.
• 5/7 is the deadline for initial t-shirt designs - will present to the organizers’ group on 5/10.
• Phil will keep looking into drop-shipping services.
• Matthew is working to get some details around the drop-shipping service Pantheon used at Drupalcon.
