Keynote and maintainer interview outreach update

• Matthew has been in touch with Sally about a maintainer interview
• Matthew has also been in touch with Mike
• Salim has reached out to Melina - waiting to hear back

2021 trainings - create list of previous trainers to reach out to

• Put together trainer ideas with the group. Nick will pass them along to Janice.

2021 summits

• Not too much new to report this week.
• Organizers have started brainstorming agendas.
• Libraries team put together draft website copy.

Sponsorship updates

• Matthew has reached out to four potential sponsors and has had some good conversations.
• Nick will add camp dates to prospectus.
• We have Palantir onboard as our first supporting sponsor!

Hopin Setup status

• We need to put some serious thought into how we manage this since we’ll have t-shirts in one place and registration in another.

Website updates

• Eric will add the Preview Link module so organizers can preview unpublished content.
• Blog detail pages are wrapped up, blog overview is in progress.
• Eric got the login to Sessionize to start looking into that integration and embedding the session submission form.

Marketing and design updates

• Ramping up social media.
• Connecting with Chris about promotional ideas.
• Working with Eric to get the Twitter embed setup for the website.
• Has initially started conversations with the design team about t-shirts and swag.
• Phil will look into Family Industries for drop shipping.
