Hi All,

We are using drupal 9.1.5 and Ldap Module 8.x.4-beta2 version. Please help us on following issue.

Issue :--

We have successfully configured Ldap in our environment. When user try to register for first time, drupal is sending request to ldap twice and same way happening to login also. In Registration happening successfully with first request in second request we are getting message "already user register". In Login form user able to login but seeing notice "user or password is not recognized" .

Please find below steps to replicate issue.

Environment :-- Drupal 9, Ldap :-- 8.x-4.0-beta2

User registration from using Ldap configuration, when user submited his details at registation form getting below error.

Error :--

the website encountered an unexpected error

Seeing below details at Log messages :

LDAP entry for sivakrishna.yarlagadda16 cannot be created on enterprisedirectory. Proposed DN: uid=sivakrishna.yarlagadda16,ou=Accounts,ou=APIPortal,ou=EXT,dc=test1,dc=com)

From the information given there is nothing we can do to assist you. It's likely a misconfiguration on how you are syncing records, please consult your LDAP administrators or give specific conditions on how to reproduce your problem if you can exclude a misconfiguration on your site.
