The module is an add-on to the Sector distribution.

Sector add-on modules provide optional content types and other functionality to the Base Sector profile, in this case, a Contact content type and related configuration.
Since this is mostly a configuration based module there is very little code in this release. But I'm also the technical lead of the Sector profile and manage most of the releases there and across the other modules in the ecosystem.
