Although, I would suggest the company's employees specify the organization's name when contributing so that their contributions show up on the company's page. Please check below:

Specify organization: Make sure that all of the company's employees with Drupal.org accounts specify the name of your company in the "Current organization" field. This way information about them and their contributions will show up on the company's page.
