A couple notes here.

  • We do not support using Olivero as an admin theme
  • By default the password change interface is only exposed on the admin theme
  • The styling is coming from /core/modules/user/css/user.module.css, and should be changed there.
  • From my understanding, the track should probably have a 3.0 contrast ratio.

I'm moving this over to user.module as thats where the CSS resides.
