(*) Missing composer.json file. Your project has no composer.json file, meaning you don't specify which version of Webforms your module supports. Webform versions range from 4.4 to 6.x, but I doubt that your module will work with all versions. :-) I didn't test this obviously, but it would be better if you specified the requirement in a composer.json file.
