Problem/Motivation
Following all the work in #3161889: [META] Symfony 6 compatibility, evaluate whether it is feasible to update to Symfony 6 in Drupal 10 before the 10.0.0 release while supporting the contrib ecosystem to update as well.
Proposed resolution
Evaluate a possible update and update to Symfony 6 on the Drupal 10 branch if possible.
Remaining tasks
Evaluate it. Do it if it is feasible.
Requires to solve #3196027: Contrib support solution needed for potential Symfony 4 to 6 upgrade, Symfony 5 only deprecations are not available in Symfony 4 for a feasible contrib upgrade.

gábor hojtsyMy understanding is that we are going ahead with the Symfony 6 update given that no show-stoppers were identified that would make that impossible and the benefits are huge. #3197482: Update Drupal 10 to depend on Symfony 5.4 (as a stepping stone to Symfony 6, for deprecation checking support) is open for the first alpha and #3252757: Update Drupal 10 to depend on Symfony 6.0 to be done until the beta.
