1️⃣ Do you have suggested topics you are looking to discuss? Post in this thread and we’ll open threads for them as appropriate.

larowlan Reminder about security issues
dww Sorry, way too late to actually discuss this week, but maybe a topic for the next meeting: I've completely failed to make it to any of the live bugsmash triage meetings.  Scheduling is weird, life is full.  But I'm wondering if they've happened at all, and what we can do to a) refresh interest and b) support them continuing...

2️⃣.1️⃣ Wins - what wins have you had since the last meeting in December? Share your successes!

larowlan At one point on the weekend, the RTBC bug queue was under 10 issues long.
lendude Found myself a great list to triage going through old Views issues, allowing me to find gems like this #2252715: Remove Views viewsHighlight AJAX command because it has never worked that go from being stale for 7 years to being RTBC in 7 hours
Matroskeen Published a very trivial patch that ended up in “Global Contribution weekend” highlights  (edited)
Kristen Pol (she/her) Awesome! Our team at work :)
dww Happy we smashed this 10 year old bug last week: https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/997826

2️⃣.2️⃣ Thanks - a space for callouts to other contributors who’ve helped you

2️⃣.3️⃣ Blockers - what’s getting in the way of your issues / goals

pameeela Super busy at work so very short on time.
Grimreaper Needs reviewers.

3️⃣ Core bug statistics - current state of open bugs

larowlan 64 bugs smashed this fortnight
larowlan 46 new bugs
larowlan so that's a win
quietone And one was 10 years old

4️⃣ Nominate your pet issue for a bug-smash target for the next fortnight

Grimreaper Still on #2889486: "Has taxonomy term" contextual filter does not take the language value into account (edited)

5️⃣ Help me - Is there anything you could use a :hand: with?

quietone It has been a while since I looked at this. It has a change to the link.schema.yml I am not sure about #3067609: Fix config schema for links and migration of link default values
Matroskeen Some assistance from experienced folks would come in handy here: #3197324: Exception trace cannot be serialized because of closure#comment-13999921

6️⃣ "Reminder about security issues" @larowlan

larowlan https://www.drupal.org/node/3040181 was fixed by us, but there was also a private security team issue for it. It probably should have been done in private because of information disclosure
xjm Basically, any time we have an issue that mentions anything about information disclosure, access bypass, issues with permissions etc., the correct procedure is to ask in `#security-team` DM a security team member, who will unpublish the issue, create a private issue, and start the process of determining whether it should be handled in public or private.
Kristen Pol (she/her) Might be good to figure out a way to have a regular reminder for this... maybe every other month ish... and maybe add to the bugsmash docs?
xjm Yeah putting it in the Docs is a good idea too. We can link the official security team procedures handbook along with a brief teaser of what to do.

Bit quiet today, so might wrap up the meeting a little early. I'm sure everyone is swamped with other work! Please keep chatting in the theads. I'll make new ones if additional topics get added.

xjm Thanks for running the meeting!
