Please refer to section - "To get your company listed in the Marketplace"
Once you add relevant & important information about how your company is using Drupal (case studies) and contributing to Drupal (module/theme/patches/local events, etc) Please put the status back to "Needs review" and community will review it again.

Also,

Make sure that all of the company's employees with Drupal.org accounts specify the name of your company in the "Current company or organization" field. This way information about them and their contributions will show up on the company's page.

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to review and leave feedback on how I can improve this listing.

I have now added the contributions that XTM has made to the Drupal community through developing and supporting a translator plugin for the Translation Management Tools TMGMT module.
