Dependent Field is broken in beta11

Just confirming this bug.

Dependent fields do not list records when creating content but do when editing a record.

Hi, i created a patch for this. I also added support for check boxes/radio buttons widget since only the select widget was working with dependent fields.

The PHP code looks fine, and the JS works, but I can't review JS myself as that's too front-endy for me. Feedback on the new code here is welcome. Thanks all.

For my site, it didn't work in either case, but now works with this patch.

However, I'm now seeing this error message after submitting the form:

1 error has been found: Class

If anyone else can reproduce this, please create a follow-up issue, and link to it from here.

#3: Thanks for the patch; I'll cut a new release right away to fix the current one. In the future, however, please don't add new features in bug-fix patches. Use separate issues instead.
