Rather than integrate with lists specific to the site the module is installed on... It would be really helpful to allow clients to log into our agency drupal site and then view the stats for their latest campaigns for any of their own sites, plus any other functionality the API allows.

If you're willing to pay for / sponsor it, I'm willing to consider building it-- there seems to be enough need. Other than that, it doesn't look like there is interest in developing this functionality.
