revokeSingleAuthorization() was removed upstream from authorization.

Proposed resolution

The code is not being called so please refactor in alignment with revokeGrants, if you feel this is in error please follow-up over on the authorization module.

Thanks for the patches on the other issues!

I believe this is doing the right thing now, revokeSingleAuthorization() is removed, and revokeGrants() has been implemented.
