Task relationship setting would be more intuitive if field order was reversed

Problem/Motivation

Looking at the Related To section when editing a Task, it was unclear to me the which direction the relationship went in. If I selected another Task and selected "Blocks" was I saying the current Task blocked the selected Task, or vice versa?

Proposed resolution

After setting the relationship, the display makes the direction of the relationship clear, but I think the form could be made more intuitive by putting the Relationship Type field before the Task select field. That way the form elements match how Englsh speakers would express the relationship: "The Task I'm editing blocks/is blocked by the Task I select in this field."
