Let's make it a default setting: block public by default unless you follow, or responses on posts from followers.

swentel commentedThis is more of a reader feature. By default everything should be able to be stored as there might be more users on the platform.
It might still be a good setting though, but let's also fix this for the reader and add a 'global' and 'personal' timeline then.
