Add @justafish and @nod_ as core committers to MAINTAINERS.txt

Proposed alternative based on the Standalone JS RFC:

Note that updating that page is not a matter of just adding HTML; it's just a mirror of something that has its own repo. patches have to be submitted against a separate queue that contains the HTML and we're still missing definition of roles we added two years ago. Not a small task. ;)

Normally at this point we ask for folks to confirm publicly that they want the role and understand their specific responsibilies as above. In most cases those specific responsibilities are in the governance already. In our case I think Gabes' doc is the equivalent. So, relevant links:

Oh, I meant to document that Dries presenting this in the Driesnote surely counts as his signoff so let's take that as already a given here.

Tagged for a followup for the governance; let's not block this on that. Part of the goal is to collaboratively make the governance changes we want as we agree on them.

Normally at this step we give you your permissions, but since the project type doesn't exist yet, well, we have a small wait on that front. :) I'll still make sure you have the relevant access to other various tools.
